About Me
How it started?
My path to osteopathy didn’t begin in a classroom — it began in motherhood.
I’m a proud mom of three, whose journey into osteopathy began when my first baby was just two weeks old. After losing our trusted osteopathic practitioner a few years later, I found myself wondering who would care for my children the way she did, and thats when she told me I should do it!
That seed stayed with me.
In 2022, with my youngest just one year old, I began my studies in osteopathy and quickly fell in love with this incredible practice, more deeply with each passing day. I trained at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in an intensive four-year program and graduated in 2026. Through thousands of hours of supervised clinical training, along with extensive hands-on practice, I continue to grow both professionally and personally. I am confident in my ongoing development as an osteopathic practitioner and feel deeply honored and excited to support people throughout their health and healing journeys.
I believe osteopathy is about listening, not just to people’s stories, but to how the body expresses itself. My goal is to offer gentle, effective care that supports balance, comfort, and overall well-being. Those who know me will tell you that osteopathy isn’t just something I study or practice, it’s truly my passion.
"I can't say enough about the outstanding service I received from your company. Their team went above and beyond to meet our needs and exceeded our expectations."
